BOOKING POLICY

A minimum 50% down payment is required at the time of booking or appointment will not be secured. Select services require full payment before an appointment. HĀDI NATURE SPA offers an appointment only basis. We are setting aside time specifically for you when you book an appointment No cancellations allowed. Refunds are only provided upon error of consultant, such as a no-show. No refunds due to missed or double booked appointments on client- end. 

A minimum 24 BUSINESS hours notice must be given to reschedule appointments at no extra cost. Not showing for your scheduled appointment or not giving 24 hrs notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge . Cancellation after confirmed appointment time would also be charged as a full service.

Please, be considerate of other clients' scheduled appointments and arrive on time or you may be charged a 10% lateness fee, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled OR you might experience long waiting hours until provider is available. Appointment delays past 15 minutes will result in a 10% lateness fee and may require rescheduling. Any delays under 15 minutes will be deducted from your appointment time.

As a courtesy to our clients, HĀDI NATURE SPA offers appointment reminders through text and phone. We will send you a confirmation reminder of your appointment  within 24 hrs prior to your appointment time to avoid missing appointments. Please check your text/phone 24 hours prior to your appointment time for the final confirmation that must be responded to or appointment will be rescheduled.

It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments. If appointment is missed, attempt to reschedule must be made within seven (7) business days or appointment will automatically be cancelled as a no-show. Cancellation of an appointment after set up would result in a cancellation of the initial deposit. IF you DO NOT SHOW for your appointment, we will charge a no-show fee of 50% of service or full service charge as it applies, and future appointments may need to be scheduled at the discretion of HĀDI NATURE SPA. In the event of any rescheduled appointments, service must be redeemed within 30 days or payment will be forfeited.

This policy is non-negotiable. By making appointments with HĀDI NATURE SPA, you are agreeing to these terms.

PLEASE DO NOTE!

1. Kindly come in without makeup if you are receiving a facial treatment or consultation.

2. Photos would be taken before and after procedures for clinical purposes.

3. Consultations and all IV procedures require full payment to book an appointment. This could also apply to chemical peels, lipolysis , electrocautery and laser hair removal.

4. Consultation is compulsory for some selected services which includes chemical peels.
